"Left feeling unsure"
I went in hoping to feel reassured, but the provider didn’t seem very confident. At first I tried to give it a chance, but the more we talked, the more I felt like they weren’t really an expert on what I needed. It was frustrating because I wanted answers, and instead I left feeling uneasy.

"I signed up thinking the total was pretty..."
I signed up thinking the total was straightforward, but then my card got hit with a different amount. It wasn’t some tiny tax or shipping difference either, it looked like an extra fee I definitely didn’t agree to. Like, give me a break.
When I reached out to support, all I got were vague answers that didn’t really explain anything, and the issue still wasn’t fixed. After that, I’m not comfortable trusting their billing again

"Helped a little, but not enough"
Tried Winona for hot flashes and trouble sleeping. Did seem to help a tiny bit at first, but not enough to feel worth it for me. Still waking up during the night, and the hot flashes are pretty much still there. Was really hoping for more relief by now, so yeah, kind of disappointed.

"Hard to cancel and unclear"
I signed up thinking it would be easy to handle everything online, but once I got into the subscription settings I just felt lost because nothing was where I expected it to be and I couldn’t find a simple cancel button so I ended up having to message support, which took way longer than I thought it would.
Then I got charged again while I was still trying to get it stopped, which was really frustrating because I thought I had already done what I needed to do, maybe it works fine for other people but for me the whole subscription setup felt annoying and not very user friendly.

I ended up dealing with bad nausea and headaches, which made me nervous. When I reached out, support was nice enough, but their main advice was basically to just wait it out. I guess it’s good they responded, but it didn’t really feel safe or helpful in the moment.

"Felt generic to me"
I went in kind of wondering if the treatment would actually be tailored to my symptoms, it mostly confirmed what I was already worried about. The form was simple enough to fill out, but after that it felt like I got a standard plan rather than something based on my specific situation. Maybe it works great for people with more straightforward needs, but for me it just didn’t feel personal enough.

"Easy checkout, but insurance would be nice"
I’ll give Winona credit, the payment options were clear, and checking out was painless. No weird surprise fees popped up, which I seriously appreciate because why does that happen so often everywhere else? My only gripe is the insurance part. I really wish they worked more directly with insurance because paying out of pocket gets old fast. Like, healthcare is already enough of a headache. Overall though, it was a decent experience and at least the pricing felt straightforward.

"Website was more annoying than it needed to be"
I tried checking out bywinona.com, the whole thing felt like a bit of a chore. Pages were loading slower than I expected, and I kept having to poke around just to find basic info.
The mobile forms were where the little hassle machine really showed up. Some buttons weren’t super clear, and when I went back once, I lost my place, which was frustrating.
It’s not like the site is completely unusable or anything, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience. I ended up giving up before finishing because I just didn’t feel like dealing with the whole click-around mess anymore

My order was late again, and the tracking info barely updated the whole time. I reached out to support hoping they could help, but they weren’t really useful. It was literally just frustrating from start to finish.

I had a question about my order and they did eventually get back to me, but it took longer than I was expecting. Once someone replied, they were friendly and helpful enough, but I did have to wait and follow up first. So yeah, not a terrible experience, just not exactly smooth either..

I tried canceling sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and it was way more annoying than I expected. Signing up was quick, but when I wanted to stop the service, I felt like I had to click around forever just to find the right place. I really don’t like when companies make canceling harder than joining. It left me frustrated.

The nurse did check in with me, which I appreciated. It felt reassuring, and that part was good. The only thing was the replies took a little while sometimes, so I’d be waiting and wondering, but overall the follow-up was fine

"The meds just didn’t feel right to me"
I gave ByWinona a try, but i wasn’t really happy with the medication. I remember feeling frustrated at the time because it seemed weak and inconsistent, like some days it barely did anything at all. I also just didn’t feel that great while taking it, which made me question the quality. Maybe it works well for other people, but based on my experience, I didn’t feel comfortable continuing with it. I won’t be ordering again.

The pricing kind of annoyed me. At first it looked like one thing, but then the actual costs showed up later and I was like, seriously? Why not just be upfront about it from the start? It felt a bit misleading, and I really don’t love having to dig around just to figure out what I’m actually paying.

"Portal works, but the lag feels unfair"
I was able to log in without any trouble, so that part was fine. But the messages took way too long to load, which got frustrating quickly. if a company is asking people to use an online portal, it feels only right that the basic stuff should work smoothly.
